In beginning of 20th century, "Xà xẩu" clothing was worn by Chinese in middle class who was living and working in Saigon. This model was designed, shirt was slipted from neck to flap. it is attached by fasten buttons. With this model, sleeve is quite wide, and usually wear with type of trouser is vain and wide.
This is "Bà Ba" clothing. This model usually use while working or carnival and both male and female also can wear this type. This type was deesigned circle and small neck, shirt was slipted from neck to flap and two side hip to flap, it is attached by plastic buttons. This model was popular in the end of 19th century and beginning of 20th century in South Vietnam.

This model is from Chăm nation who are small ethnic group in Middle South Vietnam.
